: Pupillage
: Mini Pupils
Mini Pupils Each year, Chambers offer a limited number of Mini-Pupillages for applicants aged 18 or over. Successful applicants will spend 3 to 5 days in Chambers and where possible, Mini-Pupillages will be tailored to suit candidates preferred areas of law.
On your Mini-Pupillage, you will attend court with Members of Chambers, and may be asked to assist with paperwork.
Mini-pupils must ensure that they are appropriately dressed when at Court, in Chambers or on Chambers’ business. Dark suits must be worn. Male mini-pupils must wear a tie. Female mini-pupils may wear trouser suits if they wish.
Applications are to be made by CV and covering letter to Lee Young, Head of Pupillage. Applications must be received by 1st March for a Mini-Pupillage during the summer of the same year. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by mid-March, where they will be offered to contact Chambers for making suitable arrangements for their commencement of Mini-Pupillage.
All mini-pupils are required to sign a declaration of confidentiality prior to commencement of their Mini-Pupillage.
