Inner Temple

Barnaby took tenancy after successfully completing his pupillage with Chambers, during which time he experienced all aspects of Chambers’ work.

Prior to joining Chambers, Barnaby practiced as an independent agent on instruction from a variety of firms in commercial, personal injury and employment matters.

Barnaby regularly appears in county, magistrates and family proceedings courts in matters spanning the full spectrum of Chambers work.

He recently appeared at Southampton Crown Court on a high value confiscation hearing and a two day employment law matter involving an apprenticeship contract and a claim of whistleblowing. In particular, he looks forward to expanding his employment practice.

Barnaby's civil law practice has also continued to grow in matters of personal injury, contract and a commercial law. In particular Barnaby has a keen interest in consumer protection, both representing and advising claimants and defendants in matters including consumer credit, duress, misrepresentation and quality of goods/services.

Barnaby is available for instruction in the following areas of law:

Barnaby accepts suitable cases on a conditional fee basis.
